Overview

Welcome to CAZOX, a streetwear brand operated from Belgium. These terms apply to every visit to our website and every order placed through it. By placing an order you accept these terms. You can reach us at info@cazox.eu.

Products, Prices & Drops

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding. Our releases are limited drops: items are sold first-come, first-served, while stock lasts, and are generally not restocked. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.

Orders & Payment

An agreement is formed when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors — you will always be fully refunded in that case. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and support cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store your payment details ourselves.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery zones, costs and estimated times are listed in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to you.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us within that period by an unambiguous statement — an email to info@cazox.eu is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

• Return the items within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. Return shipping is at your own cost.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. You may inspect an item as you would in a store; any loss in value from further use may be deducted from your refund.
• We refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping within 14 days of your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you prove you have shipped them.

Legal Guarantee

All items come with the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU law: if an item is defective or not as agreed, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund for up to two years after delivery. Contact us and we will sort it out.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images and designs — is the property of CAZOX and protected by copyright law. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of it without our express written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
