Program terms
- Open to customers with a valid, paid and shipped CAZOX order.
- One claim per order — an order can only earn a discount once.
- One video can only be used for one claim.
- Participants under 18 need parental consent.
- Videos must be posted on TikTok or Instagram — no other platforms.
- The account must be public and open to direct messages.
- The video must be posted by the account submitting the claim.
- If we can't reach the account by DM, no discount can be issued.
- The CAZOX product must be clearly visible and match your order.
- Tag the brand: @cazox.brand on TikTok or @cazox_ on Instagram. No clear tag, no discount.
- The video must stay online during verification and after the code is issued.
- Deleting, hiding or privating the video voids the discount immediately.
- 50,000 – 99,999 views → 25% off your next order.
- 100,000 – 249,999 views → 50% off your next order.
- 250,000+ views → 100% off your next order.
The discount value is capped at €150 per code. Views are counted at the moment we verify the video, and the discount follows the tier declared in the claim form.
- We verify your order and your video after the claim comes in.
- If eligible, a CAZOX account DMs a unique verification code to the posting account.
- You confirm the code by replying to our email — then we send your discount code.
- The code is personal, single-use, valid for 6 months on your next order.
- It applies to the product amount only — shipping costs are excluded.
- Claims are reviewed within 14 days of the latest submission.
- We keep an internal history of claims per order and per social account.
- Any fraudulent or repeated use leads to an immediate refusal.
- CAZOX may adjust or end the program at any time; claims already submitted are honored.
