Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Cazox piece. If for any reason you are not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it — this is your legal right of withdrawal as an EU consumer (see our Terms & Conditions), and no reason is needed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Items that show wear beyond simply trying them on may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Return: Send an email to info@cazox.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We will refund the full purchase price including the standard outbound shipping cost, as required by EU consumer law. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
